MULTILAYER HEAT INSULATION METHOD USING PAPER AND ALUMINUM FOIL
To provide a multilayer heat insulation method using a paper and an aluminum foil that solves the problems: heat insulation materials such as glass wool, cellulose fibers and rock wool may gradually absorb moisture and sink from the time of filling, resulting in deterioration of the heat insulation performance; and further, in the well-known technique which can acquire the heat insulation effect by making it multilayer by the dimension which does not convect gas, such as air, it has not come to supply in mass production.SOLUTION: In the multilayer heat insulation method using a paper and an aluminum foil, means in which, by inserting an aluminum foil into a heat insulation layer in which a static air layer is built by having papers multilayered, the radiative heat transfer too is suppressed and the heat insulation performance is dramatically improved, is used.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 グラスウールやセルロースファイバー、ロックウールなどの断熱材は、充填時から次第に湿気を吸い込んで沈む込み断熱性能の劣化を起こす場合があった。また、空気などの気体を対流させない寸法で多層することで断熱効能を得られる公知の技術では、大量生産で供給するに至っていない。【解決手段】 紙を多層にして静止空気層を構築した断熱層にアルミ箔を挿入する事で放射熱伝達も抑えて断熱性能を飛躍的に向上させる手段を用いた。【選択図】図1
