BETWEEN-STORIES STRUCTURE OF BUILDING
To provide a between-stories structure in a multi-stories building with upper stories and lower stories, which firmly controls the transmission of floor impact sounds of the upper floor to the lower floor.SOLUTION: A building 10 is built with a modular assembly and consists of a first-story portion 14 and a second-story portion 15. A between-stories space 33 is formed between a ceiling panel 27 of the first-story portion 14 and a floor panel 28 of the second-story portion 15. Sound absorbing sheets 52 are pasted on the side facing the between-stories space 33 of the ceiling panel 27 of the first-story portion 14. Each sound absorbing sheet 52 is arranged between neighboring ceiling joists 51 on the ceiling panel 27.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】下階部と上階部とを備える多層階建ての建物において、上階部で発生した床衝撃音が下階部に伝わるのをより確実に抑制することができる建物の階間構造を提供する。【解決手段】建物１０は、一階部分１４と二階部分１５とを備える二階建てのユニット式建物となっている。一階部分１４の天井面材２７と二階部分１５の床面材２８との間には階間空間３３が形成されている。一階部分１４の天井面材２７には、その階間空間３３側に吸音シート５２が貼り付けられている。吸音シート５２は、天井面材２７において隣り合う野縁５１の間ごとに配置されている。【選択図】 図１
