To protect the lower part of a bridge from a corrosive environment and to efficiently inspect the lower and side parts of the bridge.SOLUTION: A protective panel 100 for protecting a bridge lower part 101a, comprises: an underside panel 10 disposed along the bridge lower part 101a at a lower end of a girder member 103 provided on the bridge lower part 101a; and a side panel 20 disposed in a state of being erected on an outer side in a width direction D2 with respect to the underside panel 10. The side panel 20 is tiltable such that the top edge of the side panel 20 is disposed further outward on the outside of the width direction D2 than the bottom end.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
