CONCRETE COMPACTION VIBRATOR AND CONCRETE INSTALLATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
PURPOSE: To provide a concrete compaction vibrator capable of performing a suitable compaction and of acquiring concrete of high quality.CONSTITUTION: A vibrator inserted into concrete installed and for compacting concrete by vibration has a first sensor for detecting whether the vibrator is in a state of being inserted into concrete or not and a second sensor for detecting whether it is in a state of being inserted into concrete or not and whether it is inserted into concrete to a predetermined depth or not, and it is configured that it is in a state of being inserted into concrete or not and whether it is inserted into concrete to a predetermined depth or not and in addition, it detects a pulling speed from concrete of the vibrator by time change of a signal of the first sensor and the second sensor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【目的】適正な締固めを行うことができ、高品質のコンクリートを得ることができるコンクリート締固めバイブレータの提供を目的とする。【構成】打設されたコンクリート内に挿入され、振動することによりコンクリートを締め固めるバイブレータにおいて、バイブレータが、コンクリートに挿入された状態であるか否かを検知する第１センサーと、コンクリートに規定された深さまで挿入されたか否かを検知する第２センサーと、を有し、コンクリートに挿入された状態であるか否かと、コンクリートに規定された深さまで挿入されたか否かと、を検知すると共に、第１センサーと第２センサーの信号の時間変化により、バイブレータのコンクリートからの引抜き速度を検知する構成。【選択図】 図１
