CUTTING MACHINE AND CUTTING METHOD
To realize easy and accurate cutting at an interest site.SOLUTION: A structure has a configuration that a front surface along vertical direction as a main surface of a first plate is attached to an end surface along vertical direction of a second plate, and an upper end surface of the first plate and an upper end surface of the second plate are attached to a lower surface of a cover part. A cutting machine 1 is used for cutting from front side of the first plate along the lower surface of the cover part at an interest site on a first plate which opposes to the end surface of the second plate and arranged at a position near the lower surface of the cover part. The cutting machine 1 comprises a cutting blade 2 and a cutting machine body 3. The cutting blade 2 is arranged substantially parallel to the lower surface of the cover part, has a long thin plate shape, and is provided with a tooth part on an edge extending in longitudinal direction. The cutting machine body 3 is arranged on the opposite side of the lower surface of the cover part relative to the cutting blade 2, and moves the cutting blade 2 in a reciprocation manner in movement direction along longitudinal direction while holding an end of the cutting blade 2 in longitudinal direction. 【課題】注目部位を容易にかつ精度よく切断する。【解決手段】上下方向に沿う第1板部の主面である前面に対して、上下方向に沿う第2板部の端面が接合され、かつ、第1板部の上端面および第2板部の上端面がカバー部の下面に接合された構造体において、第2板部の端面に対向し、かつ、カバー部の下面に近接した第1板部の注目部位を、第1板部の前面側からカバー部の下面に沿って切断する際に、切断機1が用いられる。切断機1は、切断刃2と、切断機本体3とを備える。切断刃2は、カバー部の下面に略平行に配置される長尺の薄板状であり、長手方向に延びる縁に歯部が設けられる。切断機本体3は、切断刃2に対して、カバー部の下面とは反対側に配置され、長手方向における切断刃2の一端を保持しつつ、切断刃2を長手方向に沿う移動方向に往復移動させる。これにより、第1板部の注目部位を容易にかつ精度よく切断することができる。【選択図】図3
