JOINT STRUCTURE OF CONCRETE MEMBERS
To provide a joint structure of concrete members capable of enhancing the degree of freedom in the moving direction when the precast concrete member is moved to a predetermined jointing position, making the precast concrete as thin as possible, and reducing costs.SOLUTION: A joint structure of concrete members according to this invention is one for jointing an arch type lining body 2 consisted of precast concrete to an invert concrete 4 consisted of cast-in-place concrete. While a sheath pipe 30 is embedded in the condition of one end thereof faces toward the joint surface 6 of the arch-type lining body 2, a sleeve joint 31 is embedded in the condition that one end of thereof faces toward the joint surface 5 of the invert concrete 4. A slide reinforcing bar 32 accommodated in the sheath tube 30 is arranged so as to straddle the sheath tube 30 and the sleeve joint 31, and also an inner portion of the sheath pipe 30, the inner portion of the sleeve joint 31, and a gap between the arch type lining body 2 and the inverted concrete 4 are filled with grout material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 16
【課題】プレキャストコンクリート部材を所定の接合位置まで移動する際の移動方向の自由度を高める。プレキャストコンクリートをできる限り薄くする。コストを削減する。【解決手段】プレキャストコンクリートからなるアーチ型覆工体2を現場打ちコンクリートからなるインバートコンクリート4に接合するコンクリート部材の接合構造である。アーチ型覆工体2の接合面6に一端を臨ませてシース管30を埋設する一方、インバートコンクリート4の接合面5に一端を臨ませてスリーブ継手31を埋設する。シース管30に収容されたスライド鉄筋32がシース管30とスリーブ継手31とに跨るように配置され、シース管30内部、スリーブ継手31内部及びアーチ型覆工体2とインバートコンクリート4との隙間にグラウト材を充填する。【選択図】図16
