To provide a frame member which never interferes in thermal insulation performance of a heat insulator provided in a front face of the outdoor side of a main body, and promotes improvement of working property.SOLUTION: In frame members 11A, 11B, 11C which has a fixed fin portion 13 fixed to a frame-like main body 4 and a water proof fin portion 14 which is arranged further outdoor side than the fixing fin portion 13, and where a water proof tape 50 and a water proof sheet 51 are provided over an outdoor side front face 14b of the water proof fin portion 14 and an outdoor side front face 30a of a heat insulator 30 provided to the outdoor side of the frame-like main body 4, an auxiliary heat insulator 15 which is parallelly arranged in the width direction to the heat insulator 30 is installed between the fixing fin portion 13 and the water proof fin portion 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
