To provide a stair structure capable of distributing the load of a stair in a stair structure connecting floors of a plurality of floors, and a unit building.SOLUTION: A stair structure connecting multiple floors comprises a rectangular panel-shaped central wall 60, a surrounding stair 51 installed so as to surround the outer side of the central wall 60, and an outer peripheral wall 70 installed on the outer periphery of the surrounding stair 51, in which the inside of the surrounding stair 51 is supported by the central wall 60, and the outside of the surrounding stair 51 is supported by the outer peripheral wall 70, the outer peripheral wall 70 is supported by the floor of the floor on which the outer peripheral wall 70 is disposed, the central wall 60 is connected to the central wall 60 disposed on the lower floor of the floor on which the central wall 60 is disposed, and the central wall 60 arranged on the lowest floor is supported by the floor on the lowest floor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 17
