The lower sandwiching part 16 projects upward from a part of a lower piece 17 which is formed in a cantilever shape so as to be elastically deformable in the vertical direction C, and which is opposed to the upper facing part 13 of the lower piece 17; in a state before the flange 112 is sandwiched by the holding part 11, an abutment part 18 having a tip located above the lower end of the flange 112 sandwiched by the holding part 11 is provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
