SIDE-DITCH BLOCK
To provide a novel structure for a side-ditch block having a protrusion with a slit on an upper wall thereof, allowing easy manufacturing and reduction of manufacturing cost of the side-ditch block.SOLUTION: A side-ditch block has a box-like side-ditch body having a drainage channel therein and a protrusion formed on an upper wall of the side-ditch body in the longitudinal direction. The protrusion has a slit vertically penetrated therethrough with a width enlarged in the direction leaving from an upper face of the protrusion. Both ends of the protrusion are non-slit parts, and a core releasing groove cut from an inner peripheral surface is formed at a part of the side-ditch body corresponding to the inside of the non-slit parts.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】その上壁にスリット付きの凸条を備えた側溝ブロックにつき新規な構成を提案する。新規な構成を採用することでその製造が容易になり、製造コストを低減できる。【解決手段】内部に排水路を有したボックス型の側溝本体部と側溝本体部の上壁に長手方向に形成された凸条部とを備え、凸条部には上下方向に貫通し、凸条部の上面から離れるにつれてその幅が拡大するスリットが形成される側溝ブロックであって、凸条部の両端部は非スリット部分であり、該非スリット部分の内側に相当する部分の側溝本体部に、その内周面から切り込まれた中子逃がし溝が形成されている。【選択図】 図５
