MANHOLE CONTAMINANT REMOVAL DEVICE
To remove contaminants that flow into a manhole without entering the manhole, and solve the problems: the contaminants such as towels and disposable diapers which flow in the manhole pumping station may get entangled in the pump wings, causing the pump to stop working; due to the occurrence of toxic gases present in manhole, internal work is extremely dangerous and many accidents have been reported.SOLUTION: This device is located inside an existing sub-inflow pipe 5 and is detachably installed near an outlet of an inflow pipe 4 with a detachable metal fitting 6. The material is made of stainless steel to withstand corrosion. The tips of a front spine hook 8 and a back spine hook 18 are processed into a spine shape to pierce and fasten the inflowing contaminants.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】マンホールポンプ場では、タオルや紙おむつ等の大きな夾雑物が流入することがあり、それらの夾雑物がポンプの羽に絡まり、ポンプが動かなくなることが多々起きる。また、マンホール内には有毒ガス等の発生により、内部での作業は非常に危険を伴い、事故も多く報告されている。本発明は、マンホール内に入ることなくマンホール内に流入する夾雑物を除去することを目的とする。【解決手段】本装置は、既設の副流入管５の内側にあり、流入管４の出口付近に、着脱金物６により着脱可能に設置する。材料は、腐食に耐えうるようステンレス鋼製とする。前面棘状フック８及び背面棘状フック１８の先端は、流入してきた夾雑物を、突き刺し、留めるため棘状に加工を施してある。【選択図】図１
