WHOLLY AROMATIC POLYAMIDE FIBER
To provide a fiber for reinforcing a concrete composition, which has rust prevention, high strength, a high elastic modulus, and excellent sizeability.SOLUTION: In a wholly polyamide fiber, a shape of a cross section satisfies the following requirements a) and b): a) a shape of cross section in the fiber has 2 or more and 12 or less concave portions; and b) in the cross section, flatness, a degree of multi-lobe, and concavity respectively shown by the following formula (1)-(3) are satisfied: flatness (A/B)=1.5-3.0...(1); a degree of multi-lobe (C/B)=0.4-0.8...(2); and concavity (D/E)=0.2-4.5...(3), wherein: the maximum value in a length of a long side of the cross section is A; the maximum value in a length of a short side thereof is B; the length of the shortest line segment is C among two line segments by which the bottom surfaces of concave portions adjacent to B are connected; the length between contact points of tangent lines is D, the tangent lines being drawn respectively on 2 convex parts that are formed on both sides of the concave part; and the length of a perpendicular line drawn from the center of the tangent line, to the contact point of the concave part, is E.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】防錆性、高強度、高弾性率、優れた集束性を有し、且つコンクリートとの混練時に切損が起こらないコンクリート組成物補強用繊維を提供する。【解決手段】横断面形状が下記a)、b)の要件を同時に満たすことを特徴とする全芳香族ポリアミド繊維。a)繊維の横断面形状が、2個以上12個以下の凹部を有する。b)繊維横断面において、その長辺の長さの最大値をA、短辺の長さの最大値をB、Bに隣接する凹部の底面同士を結んだ2組の線分のうち、長さが短い方の線分の長さをC、凹部の両隣りに形成された2つの凸部に接線を引き、その接点間の長さをD、及び該接線の中心から降ろした垂線の、凹部との接点までの長さをEとするとき、下記式(1)〜(3)で示される扁平度、異形度及び凹度の値を満足する。扁平度(A/B)=1.5〜3.0・・・(1)異形度(C/B)=0.4〜0.8・・・(2)凹度(D/E)=0.2〜4.5・・・(3)【選択図】図1
