To provide a hooking plate for a bag capable of preventing deterioration of appearance of a lock body caused by long-term use; and to provide a lock for the bag, and a satchel.SOLUTION: There is provided a hooking plate 22 for a bag fixed to one end of a lid member of the bag, and engaged with/disengaged from a lock body fixed to the bag. A metallic substrate 28 constituting the hooking plate for the bag is provided with a protective member 31 on a side edge part along a lengthwise direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
