To provide a cloth for a roll screen of which design is more abundant, and the roll screen.SOLUTION: A roll screen of this invention is constructed to suspend and support a plurality of clothes in the back and forth direction. The plurality of clothes (a front cloth 2F and a rear cloth 2R) have a region of a low transmittance portion 21 having a low transmittance property to outside light, and a region of a high transmittance portion 22 having a high transmittance property to outside light compared with the low transmittance portion 21. The design of either the low transmittance portion 21 or the high transmittance portion 22 has a shape of non-linear symmetry in the vertical direction based on the axis of the right and left direction that passes the center of figure O of the design. And the plurality of clothes (the front cloth 2F and the rear cloth 2R) are formed so as to bring a change in modulated light in which a mutual superposing state of tops V of designs of respective clothes differs in the vertical direction according to the superposing state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】より意匠性に富んだロールスクリーン用の生地、及びロールスクリーンを提供する。【解決手段】本発明のロールスクリーンは、前後方向に複数の生地を吊下支持するよう構成され、当該複数の生地（前生地２Ｆ及び後生地２Ｒ）は、外光に対し低い透光性を持つ低透光部２１の領域と、外光に対し低透光部２１に比して高い透光性を持つ高透光部２２の領域を有し、低透光部２１と高透光部２２のいずれか一方の柄が該柄の図心Ｏを通る左右方向軸を基準に上下方向で非線対称の形状を有する。そして、当該複数の生地（前生地２Ｆ及び後生地２Ｒ）は、その重なり具合で、各生地の柄の頂点Ｖ同士の重なり状態が上下で異なる調光変化を成すように形成されている。【選択図】図２
