To provide a wooden house which can be built in answer to various room plans while suppressing time and laber, and a wooden house building method.SOLUTION: A wooden house is formed by lightweight H-shaped steel, and when any length in the range of 910 mm - 1000 mm is used as the reference length, a first beam material selected from seven kinds of long beams 0.5KL, ..., 3.5KL which have lengths corresponding respectively to an integral multiple of 1 to 7 of the reference length, and a second beam material selected from seven kinds of short beams 0.5KL, ..., 3.5KS which are shorter by predetermined lengths than the length of each of seven kinds of long beams 0.5KL, ..., 3.5KL are included.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
