To provide a latch type unlocking device in which a stroke for pressing a micro switch is allowed to increase and which can be reliably operated at the time of operation and recovery.SOLUTION: A switch-response lever 46 comprises: a first lever arm 50 that extends to be engaged with a latch cam 30 in different directions on the outer periphery of the winding shaft portion 48; and a second lever arm 52 that extends to contact a lever 45 of the micro switch 44 to turn on/off the same. A play angle α is set between the first lever arm 50 and the latch cam 30, and a boss 60 is formed on the latch cam 30 to be brought into contact with the first lever arm 50 for rotation thereof when the latch cam 30 is rotated to the unlocking side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
