To provide a work vehicle and a system including a work vehicle in which the opened position of a door can be adjusted easily.SOLUTION: A wheel loader as a work vehicle includes a ladder 41, an operator cab 30, an actuator, an operation part 70 and a controller. The operator cab 30 has an openable and closable door 61 disposed above the ladder 41. The actuator is provided in the operator cab 30 and makes the door 61 perform an opening operation. The operation part 70 is configured so that it can be operated by an operator. Based on an operation signal received from the operation part 70, the controller controls the drive of the actuator so that the door 61 performs an opening operation while the operation part 70 is being operated by an operator.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
