DUCTLESS TYPE DYNAMIC INSULATION AND HEAT STORAGE SYSTEM
To solve the problem that there is a method in which a ventilation layer is provided on either inside or outside of a heat insulation/airtight layer of a building and is individually controlled, but there is no technique which DI layers are constructed on both outside and inside of the heat insulation/airtight layer, are totally controlled by using a total heat exchanger to reduce a heat loss, and to solve the problem that there is no ventilation method integrating treating inner and outer DI layers of an exterior wall and a roof DI layer, an attic space inner and outer space, an attic space and an underfloor space as a ventilation path and a system in which a heat storage material is arranged on the inner DI layer of the heat insulation/airtight layer to reduce heating/cooling load.SOLUTION: In order to reduce a heat loss amount and a heating/cooling load of a whole building without increasing an amount of a heat insulation material, conductive heat and solar heat and ground heat and cool air at the night that pass through a heat insulation/airtight layer are heat-recovered by an exterior wall outer DI layer and a roof DI layer to reduce the heat into the room. A heat storage material is installed in the exterior inner DI layer, heat is stored and released into the room by time lag, and indoor environment is conserved with less energy through a year.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】建物の断熱・気密層の内外いずれかに通気層を設け個別に制御する方法は存在するが、断熱・気密層の外側と内側の両方にDI層を構築し、全熱交換器を利用して総合的に制御し熱損失を低減する技術は無かった。また、外壁の内外DI層及び屋根DI層、小屋裏内外空間、天井裏空間、床下空間を換気経路として一体に扱う換気手法及び断熱・気密層の内側のDI層に蓄熱材を配置して暖冷房負荷を低減するシステムは無かった。【解決手段】建物全体の熱損失量及び暖冷房負荷を断熱材の量を増やさずに低減させるため、断熱・気密層を通過する伝導熱及び太陽熱や地熱、夜間の冷気などを外壁外側DI層や屋根DI層で熱回収して室内に還元する。また、外壁内側DI層内に蓄熱材を設置し、タイムラグにより室内に蓄・放熱することにより、年間を通じて少ないエネルギーで室内環境を保全する。【選択図】図3
