RUNOFF ANALYZER AND RUNOFF ANALYSIS METHOD
To provide a runoff analyzer and a runoff analysis method with which it is possible to obtain a runoff analysis result that is close to reality while using a simple analysis model.SOLUTION: A runoff analyzer 1 comprises a rainfall distribution input unit 101 and a runoff analysis unit 103. The rainfall distribution input unit accepts, as its input, rainfall distribution information for each mesh of an area being diagnosed. The runoff analysis unit calculates a retained quantity in each mesh on the basis of the rainfall distribution information. The runoff analysis unit calculates a hypothetical water level in a mesh where the retained quantity is less than the maximum retained quantity of a hypothetical conduit line, calculates a hypothetical water level in a mesh where the retained quantity is greater than or equal to the maximum retained quantity of the hypothetical conduit line and less than an upper-limit retained quantity that is the sum of the maximum retained quantity of the hypothetical conduit line and the maximum retained quantity of a hypothetical manhole, calculates a hypothetical water level in a mesh where the retained quantity is greater than or equal to the upper-limit retained quantity, and calculates various quantities needed for the evaluation of flooding risk in each mesh using the hypothetical water levels calculated in accordance with the retained quantities.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】簡易な解析モデルを用いつつ、より現実に即した流出解析結果を得ることのできる流出解析装置及び流出解析方法を提供する。【解決手段】流出解析装置1は、降雨分布入力部101と、流出解析部103と、を持つ。降雨分布入力部は、診断対象地域のメッシュごとの降雨分布情報を入力する。流出解析部は、降雨分布情報に基づいて各メッシュの貯留量を算出する。流出解析部は、貯留量が仮想管路の最大貯留量未満であるメッシュの仮想水位を算出し、貯留量が仮想管路の最大貯留量以上であり、かつ、仮想管路の最大貯留量と仮想マンホールの最大貯留量との和である上限貯留量未満であるメッシュの仮想水位を算出し、貯留量が上限貯留量以上であるメッシュの仮想水位を算出し、貯留量に応じて算出された仮想水位を用いて各メッシュの浸水リスクの評価に必要な諸量を算出する。【選択図】図1
