To provide a door stop device that obtains a large shock absorbing force for allowing a shock to be absorbed when a door is opened, with the result that controlling sound and vibration capable of preventing conflict with neighbors in advance.SOLUTION: A door stop device includes a floor side member 1 provided on a floor surface F and a door side member 2 provided on a door D. The floor side member 1 includes a swing member 11 having a first support surface 11a and a second support surface 11b located across a pivot shaft 12 disposed on a floor mounting member 13 mounted on the floor surface F, having an inclined surface 11c with the pivot shaft 12 as a vertex, and moving in a pivotal manner about the pivot shaft 12. The door-side member 2 includes a moving member 21 which moves while abutting on the inclined surface 11c of the swinging member 11 and a biasing mechanism 22 which biases the moving member 21 toward the inclined surface 11c.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1-1
