To provide a beam member structure which can reduce the amount of concrete construction and make it lighter, less work on site, easy to remove and transfer instead of remaining formwork, reducing construction costs, suitable for outsourcing production without the need for skilled formwork technicians, and to provide a floor structure constructed by using the beam member.SOLUTION: A composite which is a beam member made of half precast with a recess, and comprises a precast concrete bottom 10 that forms the bottom of the beam, and a side mold 20 that forms the side of the beam attached to the bottom, in which concrete is cast on the bottom of the precast concrete structure that forms the bottom of the beam, and after the concrete is hardened, the side formwork that forms the side of the beam can be removed and diverted. A side formwork is composed of connected formwork panels. The floor structure is a floor structure including the beam member described above and a floor member 41 that is installed on the beam member to form a floor, and an edge of the floor member is supported by a side mold of the beam member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】コンクリート造の量を減らして軽量化するとともに、現場作業が少なくて済み、残存型枠ではなく撤去転用容易であり、施工費低減し、熟練型枠技能工を必要とせず外注製作に好適で使い勝手の良く堅硬な梁部材と、この梁部材を用いて構築される床構造を提供する。【解決手段】凹部が形成されたハーフプレキャスト造の梁部材であって、梁の底部を形成するプレキャストコンクリート造の底部10と、その底部に取り付けられた梁の側面を形成する側型枠20とを備えた複合体であって、前記梁の底部を形成するプレキャストコンクリート造の底部の上にコンクリートを打設し、コンクリート硬化後に、前記梁の側面を形成する側型枠が撤去可能かつ転用可能である。側型枠は連結した型枠パネルで構成される。床構造は、上記の梁部材と、その梁部材に架設されて床を形成する床部材41とを備える床構造であって、床部材の端縁が、梁部材の側型枠に支持される。【選択図】図4
