METHOD FOR INHIBITING CORROSION OF STEEL
To provide a method capable of effectively suppressing corrosion of PC steel (or other steel) even when a secondary cavity remains after reinjection of grout.SOLUTION: In a concrete frame 1 of the existing post tension type PC structure, when there is a cavity 5 in a sheath 2 through which a PC steel material 3 is inserted, first, a powdery rust inhibitor is pressed into the cavity 5 in the sheath 2, and the rust inhibitor is made to adhere to the surface of the PC steel material 3 exposed in the cavity 5, and next, grout is injected into the cavity 5. Note that a vaporizable rust inhibitor is used as the rust inhibitor to be press-fitted into the cavity 5. Moreover, in the case where a large amount of chloride ions remain, a grout mixed with a rust preventive agent is used as a grout to be injected into the cavity 5 after the rust inhibitor is press-fitted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】グラウトの再注入後において二次空洞部が残存している場合であっても、PC鋼材(或いは、その他の鋼材)の腐食を効果的に抑制できる方法を提供する。【解決手段】既設のポストテンション方式のPC構造物のコンクリート躯体1中において、PC鋼材3を挿通させたシース2内に空洞部5が存在している場合に、まず、シース2内の空洞部5へ粉末状の防錆剤を圧入し、空洞部5内で露出しているPC鋼材3の表面に防錆剤を付着させ、次いで、空洞部5へグラウトを注入する。尚、空洞部5内へ圧入する防錆剤としては、気化性防錆剤を用いる。また、塩化物イオンが多量に残留するケースにおいては、防錆剤の圧入後、空洞部5へ注入するグラウトとして、防錆剤を混入したものを用いる。【選択図】図1
