THERMAL INSULATION STRUCTURE OF SLIDING SASH
To provide a sliding sash in which, even when a fixed space is secured between a lower side of a resin cover for an upper frame and an upper side of a sliding door, the inside and outside of a room are surely insulated to improve heating and cooling efficiency, and condensation in the room can be prevented in cold season or the like, and the sliding door can be built in a sash frame in a lifting and fitting manner.SOLUTION: Provided is a thermal insulation structure of a sliding sash which includes an upper frame outer rail 21a provided on an upper frame 2 to guide an upper stile 61 of an outer sliding door 6 and an upper frame inner rail 21b guiding an upper stile 71 of an inner sliding door 7, and in which an upper frame outer resin cover 22 is provided between the upper frame 2 and the upper stile 61, and the upper frame outer resin cover 22 is provided with an outer sliding door insulating member 27 having a plurality of suspended piece parts suspending downwardly until lower end portions come into contact with or close to the an upper surface of the outer sliding door 6 with an arbitrary interval in the depth direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】上枠用樹脂カバー下側と障子上側との間に一定の空間を確保している場合でも、室内外を確実に断熱して冷暖房効率を向上させ、冬季等における室内の結露を防止でき、サッシ枠に障子をけんどん式により建て込むことができるスライディングサッシを提供する。【解決手段】上枠2に外障子6の上框61を案内する上枠外レール21aと、内障子7の上框71を案内する上枠内レール21bとを備えたスライディングサッシの断熱構造であって、上枠2と上框61との間に上枠用外樹脂カバー22を設け、その上枠用外樹脂カバー22には、下端部が外障子6の上側面に接触ないしは近接するまで垂れ下がる垂下片部を見込み方向に任意の間隔を空けて複数有する外障子用断熱部材27が設けられている。【選択図】図2
