PRECAST CONCRETE SLAB GIRDER BRIDGE UTILIZING BRIDGE FACE STRUCTURE
To provide a precast concrete slab girder bridge having a rational structure in which a ground guard, a boundary between a sidewalk and a roadway, and adjustment concrete are integrally formed with a precast girder.SOLUTION: Considering the bridge face structure of each bridge, a bridge face structure such as a ground guard is integrally formed as a part of a girder to the extent possible in a factory or a job site yard so as to change a bridge face structure to a support structure of a bridge. At the same time, the dimension of a target girder is adjusted in accordance with the tendency of burden of the actual load to flexibly set the resistance performance and design the girder in the right place at the right time, thereby manufacturing an optimal girder suitable for the property of individual actual bridge. In addition, also in the case of the existing floor slab bridge reinforcement, in accordance with the concept of the present invention to make use of the bridge face structure with a with an outside girder that is easily installed, the rigidity of the girder is improved to shift the burden to the other girder, so that the load bearing ability of the entire superstructure is improved with fitness.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】地覆、歩車道境界、調整コンクリートをプレキャスト桁と一体製作とした合理的な構造のプレキャストコンクリートスラブげた橋を提供する。【解決手段】それぞれの橋梁の橋面構成を踏まえて、極力地覆のような橋面構造を桁の一部として工場や現場のヤードで一体製作により、橋面構造を橋梁の支持構造に変える。それと同時に実際荷重の負担傾向に合わせて、対象桁の寸法を調整することにより抵抗性能を柔軟に設定して、適所適材に桁を設計して、それぞれ実際の橋梁の個性に合わせた最適な桁を作る。なお、既設床版橋補強の場合にも本発明の考え方により、施工しやすい耳桁で橋面構造を活かし、桁の剛性向上により他桁へ負担を軽減させることで、巧みに上部工構造全体の耐荷力をアップさせる。【選択図】図2
