EXTRUSION MOLDING CEMENT PLATE USED FOR ATTACHMENT STRUCTURE OF FINISHING MATERIAL
To provide an attachment structure of a finishing material capable of removing an assignment restriction of the finishing material and of maintaining allowable stress of an extrusion molding cement plate as well.SOLUTION: An attachment structure c1 of a finishing material for attaching a plurality of extrusion molding cement plate 1 to a skeleton of a building in longitudinal tension state and attaching a finishing material 15 to a surface of these extrusion molding cement plate 1 using an attachment substrate material 16 is provided. The attachment substrate material 16 continuous in horizontal direction is arranged on the surface of plurality of extrusion molding cement plate 1 via a fixing mechanism 17. The fixing mechanism 17 consists of a receiving metal fitting 20 in a first hollow part 2A, an anchor metal fitting 21 penetrating into a surface side base material 1b of the extrusion molding cement plate 1 and a base plate 22 connected in tension to the surface side base material 1b by an anchor metal fitting 21 to fix the attachment substrate material 16, and a vertical groove 23 is formed on surface side of each extrusion molding cement plate 1 and the anchor metal fitting 21 of the fixing mechanism 17 in this vertical groove 23.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】仕上げ材の割り付け制限をなくすと共に、押出成形セメント板の許容応力度を維持することのできる仕上げ材の取付構造を提供する。【解決手段】複数の押出成形セメント板1を、建物の躯体3に縦張り状態で取り付け、これら押出成形セメント板1の表面に、取付下地材16を用いて仕上げ材15を取り付ける仕上げ材の取付構造c1である。複数の押出成形セメント板1の表面に、水平方向に連続する取付下地材16を留付機構17で介して設ける。留付機構17を、第1中空部2A内の受け金具20と、押出成形セメント板1の表面側基材1bを貫通するアンカー金具21と、表面側基材1bにアンカー金具21で緊結されて取付下地材16が固定されるベースプレート22からなるものとし、各押出成形セメント板1の表面側に、鉛直方向に延びる縦溝23を形成して、この縦溝23内に留付機構17のアンカー金具21を設ける。【選択図】図5
