MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR CERAMIC COMPOSITE MATERIAL, AND FIXTURE
To provide a manufacturing method for obtaining ceramic composite material by simple processing with a CVI method.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method for ceramic composite material comprises a step for holding aggregate made of ceramic fibers by fixtures and a step for forming ceramic matrices in clearances of the aggregate held with the fixture by a CVI method. The fixtures comprise a plurality of bearing members, and at least one of the bearing members has mesh-like open holes penetrating from a first principal surface in the side contacted with the aggregate to a second principal surface in the opposite side while holding the aggregate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
