HEAT INSULATION DOOR
To make it possible to eliminate a middle rib in a heat insulation door to inhibit heat from being transferred from the heated surface side to the non-heated surface side through the middle rib.SOLUTION: A heat insulation door comprises: four peripheral frames 3, 4, 5, 6; surface materials 20, 21 fixed to the four peripheral frames 3, 4, 5, 6; and fire-resisting core materials 7A to 7H, 8A to 8E with which a space surrounded by the surface materials 20, 21 is filled. The inside of each of the four peripheral frames 3, 4, 5, 6 is filled with plaster 9. The plaster 9 and inner surfaces of the four peripheral frames 3, 4, 4, 6 are integrated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】遮熱扉において中骨を無くすことを可能とすることで、加熱面側から非加熱面側へ中骨を伝わって熱が伝達されることを抑制する。【解決手段】四周状のフレーム３、４、５、６と、四周状のフレーム３、４、５、６に固定された表面材２０、２１、表面材２０、２１に囲まれた空間に充填された耐火芯材７Ａ〜７Ｈ、８Ａ〜８Ｅを備えた遮熱扉であり、四周状のフレーム３、４、５、６の内部には石膏９が充填されており、石膏９と四周状のフレーム３、４、４、６の内面は一体化している。【選択図】図３
