To provide an intercom system that can suppress the impact on residents by mischief to a delivery box.SOLUTION: An intercom system 1 includes an entrance slave unit 2, an intercom master unit 5, and a delivery box 4. The entrance slave unit 2, the intercom master unit 5, and the delivery box 4 can communicate with each other, and the delivery box 4 includes a door 41 and a detection unit 42 that detects the open state of the door 41. When it is detected that the door 41 is opened, the detection unit 42 transmits an open signal to the intercom master unit 5. When the open signal is received, the intercom master unit 5 notifies a resident of opening of the door 41.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
