IMAGED BUILDING MATERIAL, METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING IMAGED BUILDING MATERIAL AND APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING IMAGED BUILDING MATERIAL
To provide a method for manufacturing a building material which has incombustibility and is excellent in industrial design performance.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing an imaged building material where a liquid discharge device, comprising a liquid discharge head and a support table for receiving a liquid discharged out of the liquid discharge head, is used layer to form a layer of a curable type composition on the surface of a building material base by moving the liquid discharge head in a horizontal direction, and by discharging the curable type composition containing a polymerizable compound out of the liquid discharge head, and where the curable type composition is then cured to form an image consisting of a cured material, the method for manufacturing an imaged building material being characterized in that the thickness of the curable type composition in a vertical direction to a horizontal movement direction of the liquid discharge head is controlled within 350μm, and in that the total calorific value for 20 minutes from a combustion start is 8MJ/mor less when an obtained building material undergoes a combustion test with a test piece of 10cm×10cm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】不燃性を有するとともに、意匠性に優れる建材の製造方法の提供。【解決手段】液体吐出ヘッドと、前記液体吐出ヘッドから吐出された液体を受容する建材基材を支持する支持台と、を備えた液体吐出装置を用い、前記液体吐出ヘッドを水平方向に移動させて前記液体吐出ヘッドから重合性化合物を含む硬化型組成物を建材基材表面に吐出して建材基材表面に硬化型組成物の層を形成し、次いで該硬化型組成物を硬化して硬化物からなる画像を形成するようにした画像付き建材の製造方法であって、液体吐出ヘッドの水平移動方向に対して垂直な方向の前記硬化型組成物の層の厚さを350μm以内に制御すると共に、得られた建材を硬化型組成物が形成された10cm×10cmの試験片で燃焼試験を行った際に、燃焼開始から20分間の総発熱量が8MJ/m2以下であることを特徴とする画像付き建材の製造方法。【選択図】図2
