MANUFACTURING METHOD OF RECYCLED COARSE AGGREGATE
To provide a manufacturing method of recycled coarse aggregate that can generate less dust and reduce degradation of raw aggregate.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of recycled coarse aggregate comprises: a fracturing treatment process of fracturing a concrete mass; a primary sieving treatment process of sieving a fractured body obtained from the fracturing treatment process to obtain a raw material for coarse aggregate; a freeze-thawing treatment process of adding the raw material for coarse aggregate obtained from the primary sieving treatment process into water or an aqueous solution of following inorganic salt, and repeating freeze-thawing treatment that comprises one cycle where a solution temperature is decreased from 5 to 10°C to -15 to -20°C and then increased from -15 to -20°C to 5 to 10°C; and a secondary sieving treatment process of sieving a freeze-thawing treated body obtained from the freeze-thawing treatment process to obtain coarse aggregate (where, inorganic salt includes sodium chloride, calcium chloride, potassium acetate, sodium acetate, and calcium acetate).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】粉塵の発生が少なく、かつ、原骨材の劣化も少なくできる再生粗骨材の製造方法を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】コンクリート塊を破砕する破砕処理工程と、前記破砕処理工程で得られた破砕物を篩にかけ、粗骨材用素材を得る1次篩処理工程と、前記1次篩処理工程で得られた粗骨材用素材を水又は下記無機塩の水溶液に入れ、液温を5〜10℃から−15〜−20℃に下げた後、−15〜−20℃から5〜10℃に上げる、ことを1サイクルとする凍結融解処理を繰り返す凍結融解処理工程と、前記凍結融解処理工程で得られた凍結融解処理物を篩にかけ、粗骨材を得る2次篩処理工程とを含むことを特徴とする再生粗骨材の製造方法。(無機塩:塩化ナトリウム、塩化カルシウム、酢酸カリウム、酢酸ナトリウム、酢酸カルシウム)【選択図】図1
