BONDED WOOD COMPOSITE FOR DOUBLE FLOOR AND DOUBLE FLOOR STRUCTURE USING THE COMPOSITE
To provide a double-floor wood composite that is strong enough to be constructed using only a jointed wood composite with an actual joint without floor base material.SOLUTION: A double floor wood composite 1 is a rectangular member composed of a wood core 1a and wood fiber boards 1b and 1c laminated on both upper and lower surfaces of the core 1a. A male fruit 2 is provided on two adjacent sides of the wood core 1a, and a female fruit 6 is formed on the remaining two sides. The length L2 to the tip 6f of the lower piece 6b of the female fruit 6 is formed larger than the length L1 to the tip 6e of the upper piece 6a. Thereby, the bonding length of the lower piece 6b side becomes larger than that of the upper piece 6a side, and the bonding force of this portion is increased compared to the actual coupling of the upper and lower pieces 103a and 103b having the same length. Therefor, even if a tensile stress due to the bending is applied to the actual joint portion H when the wood composite material A, which is bonded downwards with a load F applied to the double floor, bends, the fracture at the portion H does not occur.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】本発明は、床下地材なしの実継ぎによる接合木質複合材だけの施工で強度的に十分な二重床用の木質複合材の提供をその課題とする。【解決手段】二重床用の木質複合材1は、木質芯材1aと、該芯材1aの上下両面に積層された木質繊維板1b・1cとで構成された矩形の部材である。木質芯材1aの隣接する二辺に雄実2が設けられ、残る二辺に雌実6が形成される。雌実6の下片6bの先端6f迄の長さL2は、上片6aの先端6e迄の長さL1より大きく形成されている。これにより、下片6b側の方が上片6a側より接着長さが大きくなり、この部分の接合力が上・下片103a・103bが同じ長さの本実結合に比べて増大する。そのため二重床に上から荷重Fが掛かって下方向に接合された木質複合材Aが撓んだ時、この実継ぎ部分Hに前記撓みによる引っ張り応力が加わったとしても、この部分Hでの破断が発生するようなことがない。【選択図】図2
