POLYHEDRON MIRROR SURFACE OUTER CASING MATERIAL AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD
To provide a polyhedron mirror surface outer casing material using ceramic industry substrate with excellent mirror reflection function and its manufacturing method.SOLUTION: A polyhedron mirror surface outer casing material 1 according to the invention comprises a ceramic industry substrate 6, a sealer coating film 7 formed to cover an entire surface of the ceramic industry substrate 6, a filler layer formed on the surface of sealer coating film 7, a recess part 14 formed on the surface of the filler layer and a coloring layer 15 formed along the surface of the filler layer and a shape of the recess part, wherein the recess part 14 has an inclination side surface part 14a, 14b inclined so that a gap between the side surface is widened as it goes upward, the filler layer consists of a first filler layer 8 and a second filler layer 9, the first filler layer 8 is formed by using filler agent with high viscosity, the second filler layer 9 is formed by using filler agent with low viscosity and gloss coating material contains at least one type selected from a group consisting of luminosity coloring agent, phosphorescence agent, fluorescent agent and light reflection agent.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1(b)
【課題】鏡面反射性が優れる窯業基板を用いた多面体鏡面外装板材及びその製造方法を提供すること。【解決手段】本発明は、窯業基板6と、窯業基板6の全面を覆うように形成されたシーラー塗膜7と、シーラー塗膜7の表面に形成された目止め層と、該目止め層の表面に形成された凹部14と、該目止め層の表面、及び、凹部の形状に沿うように形成された着色層15と、を備え、凹部14が、側面同士の間隔が上方に行く程、広がるように傾斜した傾斜側面部14a,14bを有しており、目止め層が、第1目止め層8と第2目止め層9とからなり、第1目止め層8が高粘度目止め剤を用いて形成されたものであり、第2目止め層9が低粘度目止め剤を用いて形成されたものであり、光沢塗料が、光輝性着色剤、燐光剤、蛍光剤及び光反射剤からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種を含有する多面体鏡面外装板材1である。【選択図】図1(b)
