METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING PERMANENT FORM THAT SUPPRESSES PHENOMENON OF DIRTY WATER FLOWING OUT FROM JOINTS OF PRECAST PERMANENT FORM PANEL AND MAKING THE PRECAST PERMANENT FORM PANEL DIRTY AND PHENOMENON THAT PRECAST PERMANENT FORM PANEL CRACKS AFTER CONSTRUCTION,AND PRECAST PERMANENT FORM PANEL USED IN THE CONSTRUCTION METHOD
To provide a method for constructing a permanent form that can maintain the appearance over a long period of time, and a permanent form panel used in the method for constructing the permanent form.SOLUTION: The present invention comprises a step of forming a first gap between a panel body 2 and an isolation sheet 4 by providing an isolation sheet 4 having a moisture-permeable waterproof function or a water-blocking function on a back surface of a precast permanent form panel 1 to construct a permanent form 10 using a permanent form panel 1, a step of placing concrete 12 on the back side of the permanent form panel 1, and a step of curing the concrete 12. By providing the isolation sheet 4, the concrete 12 is not fixed to the back surface of the permanent form panel 1, and a second gap is formed between the isolation sheet 4 and the concrete 12. By forming these gaps, crack displacement due to contraction of the concrete 12 and crack displacement caused by external force are not transmitted to the panel body 2, and the permanent form panel 1 is prevented from being cracked.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】外観を長期に亘り維持できる残存型枠の施工方法、及びこの残存型枠の施工方法に用いる残存型枠パネルを提供する。【解決手段】プレキャスト製残存型枠パネル１の背面に透湿防水機能又は遮水機能を有する隔離シート４を設けることで、パネル本体２と隔離シート４との間に第一の隙間を形成し、残存型枠パネル１を用いて残存型枠１０を構築する工程と、残存型枠パネル１の背面側にコンクリート１２を打設する工程と、コンクリート１２を硬化させる工程とを含み、隔離シート４を設けることで、残存型枠パネル１の背面にコンクリート１２が固着されないと共に、隔離シート４とコンクリート１２との間に第二の隙間が形成され、これらの隙間が形成されることで、コンクリート１２の収縮によるひび割れ変位や、外力によって生じるひび割れ変位がパネル本体２に伝わらず、残存型枠パネル１にひび割れが生じることが抑止される。【選択図】図１
