BATHROOM DRAIN STRUCTURE AND BATHROOM REFORMING METHOD
To provide a bathroom drain structure that can be constructed even if a floor beam member is not removed when a bathroom is reformed.SOLUTION: While an old bathtub and an old wash place pan in a bathroom are removed, floor beam members such as a floor beam 11 and a floor small beam 15 are left as they are. A bathtub catch basin 44 is installed in a floor beam member interspace 10a on the side of a new bathtub, and a bathtub drain pipe 45 is arranged from the bathtub catch basin 44 toward an underfloor space 10d on the side of a new wash place. A wash place catch basin 54 is installed in a floor beam member interspace 10b on the side of the new wash place, and a wash place drain pipe 55 is converged into the bathtub drain pipe 45 in the underfloor space 10d. The new bathtub 2 and a new wash place pan 30 are installed on the floor beam members 11 and 15, and bathtub drain ports 41a and 42a are connected with a bathtub seal water trap 43, and a wash place drain port 51a is connected with a wash place seal water trap 53.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】浴室のリフォームの際、床梁材を撤去しなくても構築可能な浴室排水構造を提供する。【解決手段】浴室の旧浴槽及び旧洗い場パンを撤去する一方、床梁11及び床小梁15等の床梁材を残置する。新たな浴槽側の床梁材間空間10aに浴槽排水桝44を設置し、浴槽排水管45を浴槽排水桝44から新たな洗い場側の床下空間10dへ向けて配管する。新たな洗い場側の床梁材間空間10bには洗い場排水桝54を設置し、洗い場排水管55を床下空間10dにおいて浴槽排水管45と合流させる。床梁材11,15上に新たな浴槽2及び洗い場パン30を設置し、浴槽排水口41a,42aを浴槽封水トラップ43に連ね、洗い場排水口51aを洗い場封水トラップ53に連ねる。【選択図】図2
