TEMPORARY BOLT-LESS JOINING DEVICE AND JOINT METHOD FOR STEEL FRAME CONSTRUCTION
To provide a joining device that can securely install a beam steel frame at a predetermined position with a simple configuration and operation and can install the beam steel frame in a stable state without using a temporary bolt, and a joining method using the joining device.SOLUTION: A temporary bolt-less joining device is a joining device 1 used for joining and connecting a steel column and a beam steel frame, and the joining device 1 is constructed so that a joint pin 3 of a required length formed in a tapered shape at the center on the lower surface side of the rectangular base plate 2 is integrally provided in a suspended state, a hook-like portion of the disengagement prevention member 6 formed on the hook-like portion 6a is attached to the support protrusion 4 paired with the center portion of the upper surface of the base plate 2 so as to be urged toward the joining pin 3 and rotatably attached via pivot part 5, so that although the structure is simple, the safety is high in actual use, and the use of the temporary fixing bolt used conventionally is eliminated, and the workability is also high.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】簡単な構成及び操作で、予定した位置に確実に梁鉄骨を設置し、仮ボルト不要で安定した状態で梁鉄骨を設置できる接合装置及び該接合装置を使用した接合工法を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】仮ボルト不要接合装置は、鉄骨柱と梁鉄骨との接合連結に使用される接合装置１であって、該接合装置１は、長方形のベースプレート２の下面側中央部に先細に形成した所要長さの接合ピン３を垂下状態に一体的に設け、前記ベースプレート２の上面中央部に対をなす支持突起４に軸部５を介して鉤状部６ａに形成された外れ防止部材６の鉤状部が前記接合ピン３側に付勢されて回動可能に取り付けられた構成であるから構成が簡単でありながら、実際の使用において安全性が高く、且つ、従来使用されていた仮止めボルトの使用を解消し、作業性も高い。【選択図】図１
