To provide a knob-lever type lock which is fastened by a screw penetrating a door and which has aesthetic and crime prevention properties, and a lock pedestal structure for the lock.SOLUTION: A pedestal structure 10 for a lock attached to a side surface of a sliding door associated with a locking member of a lock body 1, includes an operating member 2 on an indoor side; an outdoor side member 3 on an outdoor side; a screw 4 penetrating the door to connect the operating member 2 and the outdoor member 3, the operating member 2 including: a screw hole through which the screw 4 passes; a lid-shaped screw seat 21 having a bottom edge hole 215 to which a ring locking piece 224 of an inner ring 22 is locked; an inner ring 22 having a ring locking piece 224 that fits inside the screw seat 21 and locked by a locking projection of an inner lid 23, the inner lid 23 covering the bottom plate of the screw seat, an operation lever 24, a presser lid 25, and a square bar 5 of a predetermined length.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
