To provide a mounting structure for sanitary device and a construction method that can simplify the process of mounting a sanitary device on a wall surface.SOLUTION: Supported onto a stand 3 for supporting a wall-mounted sanitary device 1 onto a wall surface 2 installed as an interior of a building, from the back side of wall surface 2, are: water supply pipes located in the wall surface 2 around the wall-mounted sanitary device 1 and behind the wall surface 2; connection point members 6 that connect the water supply pipes in front of the wall surface 2; and connection point members 7 which are arranged in the wall surface 2 around the wall-mounted sanitary device 1 so as to connect the electrical wiring on the back side of the wall surface 2 and the electrical wiring in front of the wall surface 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
