PILE HEAD PROCESSING METHOD
To provide a pile head processing method capable of fracturing a pile head extra-fill part, which has been horizontally broken, in such a shape and a size that allow it to be carried out as it is from an original position of a cast-in-place concrete pile to an outside.SOLUTION: A pile head processing method processing a pile head of a cast-in-place concrete pile 10 includes: a process horizontally breaking a pile head extra-fill part 21 of a pile head 20; a process vertically drilling a plurality of charging holes 50 to 54 from an upper surface of the pile head extra-fill part 21 which has been horizontally broken; a process charging propellant material 40 in the plurality of the charging holes 50 to 54; and a process fracturing the pile head extra-fill part 21 with a dynamic fracturing agent within the propellant material, wherein the process drilling the plurality of the charging holes 50 to 54, the process charging the propellant material 40, and the process fracturing the pile head extra-fill part 21 are performed at an original position of the cast-in place concrete pile 10. The plurality of the charging holes are the vertically charging hole 50 arranged in a pile sectional center of the pile head extra-fill part 21 and at least four of vertical charging holes 51 to 54 which are arranged in a same interval respectively on a same circumference of which a center is the pile sectional center.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】水平破断した杭頭余盛部を場所打ちコンクリート杭の原位置から場外にそのまま搬出できるような形状・寸法に破砕することのできる杭頭処理工法を提供する。【解決手段】場所打ちコンクリート杭10の杭頭処理を行う杭頭処理工法であって、杭頭部20の杭頭余盛部21を水平破断する工程と、水平破断された杭頭余盛部21の上面から複数の装薬孔50〜54を縦方向に削孔する工程と、複数の装薬孔50〜54に装薬材40を装填する工程と、装薬材内の動的破砕剤により杭頭余盛部21を小割破砕する工程と、を含み、装薬孔50〜54の削孔工程と、装薬材40の装填工程と、杭頭余盛部21の小割破砕工程とを場所打ちコンクリート杭10の原位置において行い、複数の装薬孔は、杭頭余盛部21の杭断面中心に設けられた縦方向の装薬孔50、および、杭断面中心を中心とした同一円周上に等間隔に設けられた少なくとも4つの縦方向の装薬孔51〜54である。【選択図】図4
