ALLOCATING METHOD OF PILLER-WRAPPING FIREPROOF COATING
To obtain an allocating method of piller-wrapping fireproof coating that can reduce the number of construction man-hours at the construction site.SOLUTION: In the first step, the floor plan of the building 10 and the position information of the plurality of steel-made pillars 42 are respectively read and converted into data. Next, in the second step, a method for applying the fireproof coating material to the pillars 42 is allocated by using the data of the positions of the pillars 42 as a criterion. That is, a four-way winding method of covering all of the side surfaces 42A, 42B, 42C, 42D of the column 42 with the fireproof coating material 44, a three-way winding method in which three sides of the side surfaces 42A, 42B, 42C, and 42D of the column 42 are covered with the fireproof coating material 44, and the other side surface of the side surfaces 42A, 42B, 42C, and 42D of the column 42 is covered with the outer wall material 14A, and two-way winding method of covering two sides of the side surfaces 42A, 42B, 42C, 42D of the column 42 with the fireproof coating material 44, and the other two sides of the side surfaces 42A, 42B, 42C, 42D of the column 42 are covered with the outer wall material 14A are selected and allocated to each column 42.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】施工現場での施工工数を削減することができる柱巻き耐火被覆材の引当て方法を得る。【解決手段】第1工程にて、建物10の間取り及び鉄骨製の複数の柱42の位置の情報をそれぞれ読み取りデータ化する。次いで、第2工程にて、柱42の位置のデータを判断基準として、柱42への耐火被覆材の施工方法をそれぞれ引当てる。すなわち、柱42の側面42A、42B、42C、42Dの全てを耐火被覆材44にて覆う四方巻方法と、柱42の側面42A、42B、42C、42Dのうち三面を耐火被覆材44にて覆いかつ柱42の側面42A、42B、42C、42Dのうち残りの一面を外壁材14Aにて覆う三方巻方法と、柱42の側面42A、42B、42C、42Dのうち二面を耐火被覆材44にて覆いかつ柱42の側面42A、42B、42C、42Dのうち残りの二面を外壁材14Aにて覆う二方巻方法とが、それぞれの柱42に選別されて引当てられる。【選択図】図1
