To support planning of water supply facilities even when existent ducts and facilities are present.SOLUTION: A water supply planning support device has: a storage part which holds pipe network data, facility data and road surface data; a geographic information system which displays ducts that the pipe network data represents and facilities that the facility data represent over road surfaces to enable the pipe network data and facility data to be edited; and a hydraulic analysis part which simulates water flows in ducts based upon the pipe network data and facility data having been edited by the geographic information system to take hydraulic analysis of the ducts and facilities.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
