WORKER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
To provide a worker management system for a work site capable of more accurately managing positions of workers in the whole area of the work site, while taking measures against the case in which positioning accuracy of a GNSS is low.SOLUTION: A worker management system includes a terminal device (40) held by a worker, a worker detection system (10) mounted on a work machine operating in a work site in which the worker works, and a site management device (30) that are connected using a radio communication network (150). The terminal device transmits to the site management device a worker signal including terminal GNSS position information on the terminal device represented using a GNSS coordination system. The worker detection system (10) transmits to the site management device worker detection position information showing a position of the worker detected by a periphery monitoring sensor (20) mounted on the work machine. The site management device associates the terminal GNSS position information with the worker detection position information and selects, as the present position of the worker, a position shown by the worker detection position information when both of the terminal GNSS position information and the worker detection position information exist for the worker and a position shown by the terminal GNSS position information when only the terminal GNSS position information exists for the worker.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】GNSSの測位精度が悪い場合への対処を行いつつ、作業現場全域の作業員の位置をより正確に管理しうる作業現場向けの作業員管理システムを提供する。【解決手段】作業員に携帯される端末装置(40)と、作業員が作業をする作業現場内で稼働する作業機械に搭載される作業員検知システム(10)と、現場管理装置(30)と無線通信ネットワーク(150)で接続した作業員管理システムにおいて、端末装置は、端末装置のGNSS座標系で表された端末GNSS位置情報を含む作業員信号を現場管理装置に送信する。作業員検知システム(10)は作業機械に搭載された周辺監視センサ(20)で検知した作業員の位置を示す作業員検知位置情報を現場管理装置に送信する。現場管理装置は、端末GNSS位置情報と作業員検知位置情報を対応付け、同一作業員に対して両者があれば作業員検知位置情報が示す位置、端末GNSS位置情報のみがある場合は端末GNSS位置情報が示す位置を作業員の現在位置として選択する。【選択図】図1
