To provide a woven fabric and an interior member which can achieve "improvement of production efficiency and reduction of cost" and so on, by means such as providing, in one fabric or the like, one structure of a plain weave structure, a sateen weave structure, a twill weave structure, and a mat weave structure, and a mock leno weave structure.SOLUTION: A woven fabric 1 has a structure such as a double structure where two fabrics are partly bound. A back fabric 2A or the like of the two fabrics has at least one structure of a plain weave structure, a sateen weave structure, a twill weave structure, and a mat weave structure, and has a mock leno weave structure. Further, the back fabric 2A or the like may have the plain weave structure or the like in a boundary part 3 between at least one structure of the sateen weave structure, the twill weave structure, and the mat weave structure, and the mock leno weave structure. The back fabric 2A or the like may include a high-transmittance part 4 and a low-transmittance part 5 such that a transmittance difference ΔT between a high transmittance Tof the high-transmittance part 4 and a low transmittance Tof the low-transmittance part 5 is at least 3%.
