FLOOR STRUCTURE AND SLEEPER SUPPORT MEMBER FOR SAME
To provide a floor structure having a simple structure, easily manufactured, having high construction workability, and capable of providing sufficient vertical and horizontal support strength with respect to a sleeper, and a sleeper support member used for the floor structure.SOLUTION: This floor structure comprises: a rod-like sleeper; a floor plate; and a height-adjustable sleeper support member for supporting portions near both ends of each sleeper on a floor slab of a room from below. The sleeper support member comprises a steel plate body having a recess in which the sleeper can be fitted from above and a pair of flanges extending outward from both sides of the recess, and a pair of legs having bolts engaged with the flanges so as to be adjustable in height. Each leg comprises an elastic pedestal on which each bolt is supported. The steel plate body having the sleeper fitted in the recess is separated from the floor slab and supported against shocks.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】簡単な構造で製造が容易であり、製造コストも安く、かつ、施工作業性がよく、さらに、大引材に対して上下左右方向に十分な支持強度を得ることができる床構造及び該床構造に使用する大引材支持部材を提供すること。【解決手段】本発明に係る床構造は、棒状大引材と、床板とから成る床構造であって、前記各大引材の両端部近くを、部屋の床スラブ上で下方から支持する高さ調整可能な大引材支持部材を有し、前記大引材支持部材が、前記大引材を上方から嵌め込み可能な凹部と、前記凹部の両側辺から外方に向けて伸びる一対のフランジ部とを備えた鋼板製本体と、前記各フランジ部に高さ調整可能に螺合されるボルト部を備えた一対の脚体とから成り、前記各脚体が、前記ボルト部を支持する弾性の台座を備え、前記前記一対の脚体で、凹部に大引材が嵌め込まれた鋼板製本体を、床スラブから離間させて緩衝支持することを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
