REBAR MATERIAL FOR CONCRETE REINFORCEMENT, REBAR ARRANGEMENT METHOD USING THE SANE, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF REBAR MATERIAL FOR CONCRETE REINFORCEMENT
To provide a rebar material for concrete reinforcement which can reduce work load in comparison with before and be arranged efficiently, and to provide a rebar arrangement method using the same and a manufacturing method of the rebar material for concrete reinforcement.SOLUTION: A rebar material 10 for concrete reinforcement which is used for continuous rebar concrete pavement and formed in a mesh with multiple main rebars 11 arranged in parallel and multiple distributing rebars 12 arranged in parallel as if intersecting diagonally the main rebars 11 is manufactured by diagonally arranging the multiple distributing rebars 12 with their end parts going along the longitudinal direction of the main rebars, arranging first auxiliary rebars 15 to be intersecting the distributing rebars 12, and attaching and fixing the first auxiliary rebars 15 on the multiple distributing rebars 12 to integrate them into a unit rebar arrangement material 16. A rebar arrangement method using the rebar material 10 for concrete reinforcement has a large number of supporting spacers 14 arranged on a roadbed 13, a large number of the unit rebar arrangement materials 16 arranged on the supporting spacers 14, and a large number of the main rebars 11 arranged on the unit rebar arrangement materials 16.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】従来よりも作業負担を低減でき、効率よく配置可能なコンクリート補強用鉄筋材及びこれを用いた配筋方法並びにコンクリート補強用鉄筋材の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】連続鉄筋コンクリート舗装に使用され、平行配置される多数の主筋11と、主筋11に対し斜めに交差するように平行配置される多数の配力筋12とで、網目状に形成されるコンクリート補強用鉄筋材10は、複数の配力筋12を、その端部が主筋の長手方向に沿うように斜めに平行配置し、配力筋12に第1の補助筋15を交差配置して、複数の配力筋12に第1の補助筋15を取付け固定し一体化して単位配筋材16にすることにより製造される。コンクリート補強用鉄筋材10を用いた配筋方法は、路盤13上に支持スペーサ14を多数配置し、支持スペーサ14上に単位配筋材16を多数配置して、単位配筋材16上に主筋11を多数配置する。【選択図】図1
