To provide a window control system for vehicle capable of securing anti-theft properties in an electric vehicle, and to provide a window control device for vehicle.SOLUTION: A window control system 100 for vehicle includes: a window opening/closing device 3 for vehicle for opening/closing a window 90 for vehicle; and a control device 4 for controlling the operation of the window opening/closing device 3 for vehicle. The control device 4 moves the window 90 in a closing direction, in the case where a battery residual amount of a driving battery 21 mounted on an electric vehicle 1 is lower than a predetermined value. Also, the control device 4 has an instruction invalidating unit 45 for invalidating the instruction with respect to the window 90 after the movement start in the closing direction of the window 90.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
