MESH CEILING MATERIAL AND ASSEMBLING METHOD THEREOF
To provide a mesh ceiling material that is easy to manufacture, has excellent workability, and is excellent in weight reduction and workability with respect to a mesh-like ceiling material that is attached to a ceiling base material to form a ceiling surface.SOLUTION: A mesh ceiling material with wire 6 assembled in a mesh shape comprises an upper and lower frame members 4 and a left and right frame members 4, and pin pieces 8 that protrude from the respective frame members 4 and can be inserted into the end portions of the wire 6, in which a cylindrical hole 16 into which the pin piece 8 can be inserted is provided at the end of the wire 6, and the end of the wire 6 is inserted into each pin piece 8 of the upper and lower frame members, and it comprises a plurality of wires 6 that are vertically arranged between upper and lower frame members and a plurality of wires 6 which are arranged side by side between the left and right frame members 4 by arranging the wires 6 horizontally in a state intersecting with the vertical wires, inserting the ends of the wires 6 into the respective pin pieces 8 of the left and right frame members, and in which at the four corners 5 where the upper and lower frame members 4 and the left and right frame members 4 intersect, the ends of the respective frame members are joined together to form a frame.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 天井下地材に取り付けて天井面を形成するメッシュ状天井材に関し、製作が容易で加工性に優れ、また軽量化及び施工性にも優れたメッシュ状天井材を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】 線材6が網目状に組まれたメッシュ状天井材であって、上下の両枠材4及び左右の両枠材4と、各枠材4に突出して形成され、線材6の端部に挿入可能なピン片8と、を有し、線材6の端部にピン片8の挿入が可能な筒状孔部16を設け、上下の枠材の各ピン片8に線材6の端部を挿入し、上下の枠材間に縦に並べて取り付けられた複数の線材6と、縦の線材と交差する状態で横に線材6を配置し、左右の枠材の各ピン片8に、それぞれ線材6の端部を挿入し、左右の枠材4間に横に並べて取り付けられた複数の線材6と、を具備し、上下の各枠材4と左右の各枠材4とが交差する四つの角部5において、各枠材の端部同士を接合し、枠体を形成した構成である。【選択図】 図1
