PRESTRESSED CONCRETE MEMBER, AND PRESTRESS INTRODUCTION METHOD FOR THE SAME
To provide a pre-stressed concrete member and a prestress introduction method for the same which can introduce prestress to end portions and in which a prestress introduction device is not exposed to an outside of a concrete portion.SOLUTION: A pre-stressed concrete member (1) includes a prestress introduction device (8) buried in a concrete portion (3). The concrete portion (3) buries reinforcements (4), and includes a main body portion (5) in which a hole portion (6) is formed and a backfilling portion (7) filling the hole portion (6). The prestress introduction device (8) includes: a pair of pressure support plates (9,9); and a pair of PC steel bars (10,10) whose one end side is respectively attached to the corresponding pressure support plate (9) and the other end side of which is respectively screwed into a connection member (11) with an inverse screw. The connection member (11) is rotated and the pair of PC steel bars (10,10) are compressed, and thus prestress is introduced into the main body portion (5).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】端部にもプレストレスを導入でき、かつプレストレス導入装置がコンクリート部分の外部に露出しないプレストレストコンクリート部材及びそのプレストレスの導入方法を提供する。【解決手段】プレストレストコンクリート部材(1)は、コンクリート部分(3)に埋設されたプレストレス導入装置(8)を有する。コンクリート部分(3)は、鉄筋(4)を埋設するとともに穴部(6)が形成された本体部(5)と、穴部(6)を充填する後埋め部(7)とを有する。プレストレス導入装置(8)は、1対の支圧板(9,9)と、それぞれ一端側が対応する支圧板(9)に取り付けられ、他端側が互いに連結部材(11)に逆ねじで螺合する1対のPC鋼棒(10,10)とを有する。連結部材(11)を回転させて、1対のPC鋼棒(10,10)を圧縮することにより、本体部(5)にプレストレスが導入される。【選択図】図1
