WINDOW AND HOLDING MATERIAL FOR WINDOW
To provide a window and a holding material for window which improve sound proofing property, sound insulation property, and airtightness, and can maintain or improve workability.SOLUTION: When a window material 21 is fitted into an engagement groove 43 of a window frame 11, holding materials 32 are arranged on both side ends of the window material 21, and pressure contacts the window material 21 and the holding material 32. The holding material 32 is an elastic material, at least a surface pressure-contacting the window material 21 is substantially smoothly formed, and the window material 21 and the holding material 32 are brought into surface contact with each other. The holding material 32 protrudes from the end of the window material 21, and is provided so as to abut a step bottom surface 42 of a fitting groove 43. The protruded portion of the holding material 32 swells to surround the end of the window material 21 with an elastic force. The surface height of the holding material 32 becomes substantially constant, and accordingly a filled amount of a sealing material 33 filling the upper part of the holding material 32 is made uniform.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】遮音性、防音性、気密性を向上させるとともに、施工性も維持あるいは向上させた窓、及び、窓用保持材を提供する。【解決手段】窓枠11の嵌合溝43に窓材21をはめ込む際に、窓材21の両側端部に保持材32を配置し、窓材21と保持材32を圧接させる。保持材32は弾性材であり、少なくとも窓材21と圧接される面が略平滑に形成されており、この平滑面で窓材21と保持材32とは面接触する。保持材32は窓材21の端部よりもはみ出して、嵌合溝43の段差底面42に当接するまで設けられている。保持材32のはみ出した部分は、弾性力により窓材21の端部を包み込むように膨らむ。また、保持材32の表面高さが略一定になるため、保持材32の上部に充填されるシーリング材33の充填量が均一化される。【選択図】図3
