LAMINATE COAT
To provide a laminate coat capable of maintaining adhesion between a photocatalyst layer and an intermediate layer for a long term.SOLUTION: A laminate coat comprises: a substrate; an intermediate layer formed on the substrate; and a photocatalyst layer formed on the intermediate layer, the intermediate layer includes a particulate resin composite on which inorganic polymers are segregated, the photocatalyst layer comprises photocatalyst particles and inorganic oxide particles. The resin composite has a core shell structure, and a thickness of a shell part is 5.0 nm or greater. The resin composite includes fluoropolymer, (meth)acrylic polymer and inorganic polymer. The inorganic polymer is polysiloxane. The fluoropolymer includes at least one kind of a fluoro olefin unit selected from a group formed of tetrafluoroethylene, hexafluoropropylene and chlorotrifluoroethylene, and a vinylidene fluoride unit.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】光触媒層と中間層との密着性を長期間維持できる積層体塗膜を提供する。【解決手段】基材と、基材上に形成された中間層と、中間層上に形成された光触媒層とからなる積層体塗膜であって、中間層が、表面に無機高分子が偏析した粒子状の樹脂複合体を含み、光触媒層が、光触媒粒子及び無機酸化物粒子を含む。樹脂複合体は、コアシェル構造を有し、シェル部の厚みが５．０ｎｍ以上である。樹脂複合体が、フルオロポリマー、（メタ）アクリルポリマー、及び、無機高分子を含む。無機高分子は、ポリシロキサンである。フルオロポリマーが、ビニリデンフルオライド単位と、テトラフルオロエチレン、ヘキサフルオロプロピレン及びクロロトリフルオロエチレンからなる群より選択される少なくとも１種のフルオロオレフィン単位とを含む。【選択図】なし
