INJECTION MATERIAL FOR SEMI-FLEXIBLE PAVEMENT, AND INJECTION MILK FOR SEMI-FLEXIBLE PAVEMENT
To provide an injection milk for semi-flexible pavement capable of easily being injected into a gaps of open-graded particle size asphalt mixture and providing, in which a pavement body formed by injecting the same into gaps of the open-graded particle size asphalt mixture hardly generates black dot, and an injection material for semi-flexible pavement advantageously usable as a raw material of the injection milk for semi-flexible pavement.SOLUTION: There is provided an injection material for rapid hardening semi-flexible pavement containing Portland cement, a fine aggregate, fly ash, a re-emulsified powder resin, an antifoam agent, and a water-reducing admixture, in which content of the fly ash is 5 pts.mass to 70 pts.ass based on 100 pts.mass of total amount of the Portland cement, and the fly ash has L value in a Hunter colorimetric system of 50.0 or more, ignition loss of 4.0 mass% or less, and methylene blue adsorption amount of 0.80 mg/g or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】開粒度アスファルト混合物の空隙に注入しやすく、かつ開粒度アスファルト混合物の空隙に注入して形成した舗装体は黒斑が発生しにくい半たわみ性舗装用注入ミルクおよびその半たわみ性舗装用注入ミルクの原料として有利に用いることができる半たわみ性舗装用注入材を提供する。【解決手段】ポルトランドセメント、細骨材、フライアッシュ、再乳化粉末樹脂、消泡剤、減水剤を含む半たわみ性舗装用注入材であって、前記ポルトランドセメント100質量部に対する前記フライアッシュの含有量が5質量部以上70質量部以下の範囲内にあり、前記フライアッシュは、ハンター表色系におけるL値が50.0以上であって、強熱減量が4.0質量%以下であり、メチレンブルー吸着量が0.80mg/g以下である半たわみ性舗装用注入材。【選択図】なし
